BRAIN BOOK^® System Software
We are responding to requests to make templates available in the form of software that BRAIN BOOK^® users can have to create their own versions of “SCHEDULE” and “Memory Notes” pages, “TALK TO” pages, “ROUTINES” cards, and other inserts. These would be pages you can print on your own printer (good for people who type better or faster than they write, or who use voice-activated computers).

  Web-site Lessons
The first lesson is done and more are on the way! In addition to the TBI-TEACHING and TBI-COACHING e-mail lists, students and their skills trainers will soon be able to download and print lessons directly from the Web site.

  Assistive Technology Grants
BRAIN BOOK^® System tools are considered part of “assistive technology” for persons with disabilities. It is also part of “rehabilitation technology.” This is important because grants are being written to provide persons with brain injury “assistive technology” and “rehabilitation technology.” Let’s share resources and contacts.

  State Vocational Rehabilitation Resources
Some state Vocational Rehabilitation Divisions are willing to fund BRAIN BOOK^® System materials (tools) and skills training (coaching), if it can be demonstrated that the BRAIN BOOK^® System is likely to help persons with brain injury maximize their vocational potential.

  Certification Course for Skills Trainers
The curriculum for the BRAIN BOOK^® System Certification Course for skills trainers and coaches is under development. If you would like to become a certifed BRAIN BOOK^® System skills trainer, please let us know.

  Children’s Program
The youth version of the BRAIN BOOK^® System program is being developed in response to an overwhelming number of inquires requesting tools for children. It is being designed to accommodate the needs of young people ages 8 to 16.
