 Hi, my name is Debi and I learned of Kathy and her program on the Internet. I have been using
the BRAIN BOOK® System for over a year and
I participate on the TBI-Teaching and TBI-Working lists. I use the BRAIN BOOK® System to help me organize my life and my volunteer work publishing the Brain Injury Connection,
a newsletter whose objectives are to educate the public about acquired brain injury and connect persons with brain injury and their family and friends to
resources in their community.
I don't use the BRAIN BOOK® System to its maximum potential. It takes a lot of discipline. I have been unable to take the classes that Kathy offers to teach people how to use all the parts. I would like to see the BRAIN BOOK® Program offered to persons with brain injury in the San Francisco Bay Area. There are too many people with brain injury who have not had any rehabilitation and there are others who end up leaving a rehabilitation program but still have difficulty. Kathy's program expounds on what she learned in her rehabilitation program and the skills can be used when you go back home or back to work.
